VERMEIL / GOLDPLATING
- Always remove your goldplated jewellery before applying perfume, lotions and potions.
- Remove your jewellery before taking a shower, bath or going swimming as water or gels
can affect the goldplating. Chlorine can especially damage or discolour your jewel.
- Keep away from oils, humidity and strong sunlight, and avoid wearing when using bleach.
- Gently clean your gold vermeil jewellery with a soft polishing lint free cloth for a lustrous effect.
- Always store it in a jewellery box or soft pouch, taking care not to drop, or scratch it.
SILVER
- Silver will naturally tarnish, but it’s less likely to happen when worn regularly.
- Clean it with a silver polish lint free cloth or silver dip. Alternaltively, rinse in
warm soapy water, dry it thoroughly before storing.
- Keep separate from other metal jewellery, as they might tarnish quicker.
- Always store it in a jewellery box or soft pouch, taking care not to drop, or scratch it.
