Covid-19 - Service Update

Hello everyone,

I hope you are in safety and keeping spirits high and healthy in these uncertain challenging times.

I believe its a time for us to reflect what is meaningful and fulfilling to us, staying connected with our loved ones and cherish quality time with them during our time at home.

I’m currently working from home and have set up a creative design space here!

I want to reassure you that I will seek to continue providing the best possible service for you that I can, whilst protecting the health of my craftspeople and you.

I will keep you updated as the situation evolves.

Here are some temporary adjustments:

APPOINTMENTS:

I can currently only accept email, telephone or video calls

My in person consultations and appointments are suspended as my workshop at the Goldsmiths’ Centre is temporarily closed. I will keep you updated when it is open again, and we’re safe to meet again!

DELIVERY:

UK

Packages will be sent to you once it is safe to do so again, I'll keep you informed. Royal Mail have informed us that the guarantee to deliver Special Delivery has been temporarily suspended. Apologies for any inconveniences.

INTERNATIONAL:

Postal service to Europe is temporarily suspended until further notice in order to prevent any further spread of the infection. 

Packages will be sent to you once it is safe to do so again, I'll keep you informed. 

ONLINE SHOPPING

I can currently only accept card payments online. 

My online shop is still functioning, if you wish to gift someone a jewellery to spread joy and hope during these challenging times. It will be posted to you once recorded delivery is safe to send again.

BESPOKE DESIGN SERVICE:

I can till offer my bespoke design services to you by having a video call together and discuss your project of creating a unique jewellery piece. We can focus on the first stage and move forward with the design process creating some joy and excitement until I’m able to work with my craftsmen together again. A beautiful project to keep our spirits uplifted! 

If you have old jewellery to be remodelled, I'm happy to discuss new design on how to infuse your personality into this piece of treasure!
